Meeting friends in exotic locations
Paula and Micheal from Darwin coming aboard
Thursday 15th September Antiparos to Naoussa Paros
Trying to arrange to meet people is not always easy when on a sailing boat. But the winds were in favour and on the 15th September we arrived into the port of Aliki on the southern end of the island of Paros to meet Paula and Michael from our home town of Darwin.

A gentle sail come motor up the east side of the island we stopped into the bay of Marmara where the water was the most magnificent blue. We could not have asked for a better lunch stop if we had tried.

On anchor in the Bay of Naousa we settled in for the obligatory sundowners followed by a bbq, Perfect day.
Over three days we stayed we took a drive over the island visiting the town of Leftkas, revisited Aliki for lunch and enjoyed several meals out amongst the back streets and inner harbour of the old town in the company of Paula and Michael.
So happy that they happened to be visiting the Cyclades at the same time we were sailing by.
